The following Terms and Conditions govern the submission, review, and publication process for the *Emmanuel Alayande University of Education Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies (EAUED-JMS)*. 1. Scope of the Journal  
EAUE-JMS is a multidisciplinary journal publishing high-quality research articles, reviews, case studies, and other scholarly works across various disciplines. The journal adheres to rigorous academic and ethical standards in all aspects of its operations.  

2. Author Responsibilities  

2.1 Originality  
- Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are original and have not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.  

2.2 Authorship  
- All listed authors must have contributed significantly to the research and approve the final manuscript for submission.  
- Changes to authorship after submission require written approval from all listed authors.  

2.3 Plagiarism  
- Authors must avoid plagiarism and properly cite all sources. Manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism, and submissions with significant overlap will be rejected.  

2.4 Ethical Compliance  
- Authors must comply with relevant ethical standards, including obtaining approvals for human or animal research, where applicable.  
- Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed at the time of submission.  

2.5 Data Accuracy  
- Authors are responsible for the accuracy of data, analyses, and conclusions presented in their work.  

3. Peer Review Process  

3.1 Double-Blind Peer Review  
- Manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review to ensure impartiality and quality.  
- The journal reserves the right to reject manuscripts that fail to meet its standards.  

3.2 Reviewer Responsibilities

5.1 Withdrawal  
- Authors may request withdrawal before acceptance, subject to the journals Withdrawal Policy.  

5.2 Retraction  
- Published articles may be retracted if significant ethical violations or errors are identified post-publication. 

6. User Responsibilities  

6.1 For Readers  
- Readers may access and use journal content for personal, academic, or non-commercial purposes with proper attribution.  

6.2 For Reviewers  
- Reviewers agree to provide timely, fair, and unbiased evaluations of manuscripts.  

6.3 For Editors  
- Editors are responsible for ensuring fair and transparent editorial decisions, free from conflicts of interest.  

7. Disclaimer  
The opinions and views expressed in articles published in EAUE-JMS are those of the authors and do not reflect the views of the journal, its editors, or the host institution.  

8. Indemnity 
Authors, reviewers, and readers agree to indemnify EAUE-JMS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from breaches of these terms or the use of journal content.  

9. Amendments  
EAUE-JMS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated via the journals website, and continued use of the journal signifies acceptance of updated terms.

1. Introduction  
The Emmanuel Alayande University of Education Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies (EAUE-JMS) is committed to the principles of Open Access publishing to facilitate the free and unrestricted dissemination of scholarly research. This policy ensures that all content published in the journal is accessible to a global audience without subscription or payment barriers.

Open Access means that all published articles are freely available online to anyone, anywhere, without financial, legal, or technical barriers. Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles without prior permission, provided the original work is properly cited.

7. Costs and Funding  
- EAUED-JMS operates on an Open Access model and may charge Article Processing Charges (APCs) to cover publication costs.
